All our rings are made to order, which means we do not keep finished stock on hand. Once payment has been confirmed, we begin crafting your ring and typically dispatch orders within 2–3 weeks.

In general, no. Most of our rings cannot be resized, especially rings made from exotic metals or rings that include inlays or sleeves. We therefore strongly recommend confirming your ring size carefully before placing your order.

We offer engraving services at an additional fee. Engraving is available on all our rings except carbon fibre rings. Please contact us for engraving options and pricing.

Although your ring is water-resistant, we recommend removing it before bathing, swimming, or prolonged contact with water and solvents.
Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals such as cleaning products, antibacterial wipes, perfumes, lotions, and hair products, as these may discolour or damage the inlay or sleeve.
We also recommend removing your ring before heavy lifting, manual work, gym activities, or contact with abrasive surfaces to help prevent scratches and other damage.
If your ring gets wet, dry it as soon as possible with a soft cloth.
Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may also cause certain natural or alternative materials to fade or crack over time.

Our men’s rings are made to be durable, hard-wearing, and long-lasting. In most cases, we offer a one-year warranty on our rings, giving you added confidence in the quality of our workmanship. Warranty terms may vary depending on the design and materials used, so please enquire if you would like confirmation of the warranty conditions for a specific ring.
